Join the Ellensburg Downtown Association and participating downtown restaurants as we roll out Downtown Restaurant Week.

As part of this event, participating restaurants will be offering week-long, three-course specials at fixed price points of $15, $25, or $35 (this does not include beverages, gratuity or tax). This is a great way to try that new place you’ve been curious about, support your longtime favorite spot, and experience new and creative menu items at each location all week long!

On Thursday, February 21st, grab your friends and loved ones for Date Night Out and enter in to win a $10 gift card from EVERY participating RW location!

MEAL DESCRIPTIONS:

$15 OPTIONS
BRIX: Appetizer: Spinach Artichoke Rosemary Dip – A fresh warm roasted dip with 
garlic and herbs. Served with salted rosemary pita.
Entrée: Roasted Vegetable Alfredo Fettuccine- Fettuccine noodles with seasoned 
artichoke, sun dried tomatoes, brussel sprouts, broccoli, and
mushrooms. Topped with house-made creamy Alfredo and herb garnish. 
Optional: Add Chicken or bacon
Dessert: Brix Strawberry Vanilla Trifle: 2 individual sized homemade trifle 
served in a 8oz wine glass with a strawberry topping.

LUNCHBOX CAFE: Pastrami, Turkey, or Beet Reuben on our homemade molasses 
rye with swiss cheese, sauerkraut, pickles, and 1000 island. 
Whether you're a meat eater, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free, we have 
a Reuben for you!
Served with our homemade vegan and gluten free soup and a raspberry 
oat bar for dessert.

THE MULE: Course 1: Side house salad with choice of dressing. 
Course 2: Chicken parmesan sandwich with rich marinara sauce and parmesan 
cheese. 
Course 3: Lemon cake OR Chocolate brownie.

BLUE ROCK SALOON: Course 1: Crawfish jambalaya egg roll. 
Course 2: Seafood gumbo with white rice.
Course 3: White chocolate bread pudding.

BRUCE'S PLACE/ELLENSBURG PASTA CO.: 
Course 1: Winter Green Pear Salad: Kale, spinach, fresh pear, and craisins. 
Course 2: Top Sirloin: Dry aged, served with Stilton blue cheese compound 
butter, baked or mashed potato, and fresh seasonal vegetables. 
Course 3: Raspberry Sorbet: House made, served with freshly baked chocolate
dipped almond biscotti.

CAFE C5: Course 1: Ceviche – Shrimp simmered in lime juice, tomatoes, onions 
and cilantro chilled and served with avocados, hot sauce and crackers. 
Course 2: Choose your Enchiladas – Choose Vegetable or Chicken 
(shrimp +$1, Salmon +$5) Four corn tortillas rolled up with cheddar and 
mozzarella cheese, 
meat choice and topped with more cheese and our enchilada sauce. Served 
with Spanish rice and beans. 
Course 3: Banana Flan – Rich banana Custard with a layer of soft caramel

CORNERSTONE PIE: Course 1: Olive plate with pita and house-made hummus 
and a small garden salad. 
Course 2: Choice of entrée. 1: Fire roasted cedar plank Sockeye Salmon 
served with broccolini and smashed fingerling potatoes. 
2: Slow roasted Moroccan pork shanks served with root vegetables. 
Course 3: Cornerstone Pie's New York Cheesecake.

DAKOTA CAFE: Course 1: Dinner salad with choice of dressing 
Course 2: Chicken Duxelles- 6 oz chicken breast stuffed with shitake 
mushrooms, shallots and manchego cheese, then oven roasted, and topped with 
a mushroom cream sherry sauce. Served with yams and kale. 
Course 3: Special Dessert

ELLENSBURG BREWING CO.: Course 1: Lingonberry Kase Brot (toasted rye bread, 
smoked ham, melted brie cheese, and lingonberry jam) 
Course 2: Rahmschnitzel with spatzle and braised red cabbage (thin-cut breaded
pork loin with mushroom cream sauce). Served with spatzle (a german pasta) 
and braised red cabbage.
Course 3: Cookie skillet with salted caramel ice cream (gooey chocolate chip 
cookie served warm in a mini skillet and topped with salted caramel ice cream). 
Dinner is served with a 3-cider sampler.

GRAPES AND CREPES: Course 1: House soup or salad. 
Course 2: Bringing back our 'Under The Sea' crepe or our new risotto 'castle' 
crepe. 
Course 3: Creme brulee or traditional fruit & cream. Date night participants 
will get 15% off a bottle of wine for their table.

RODEO CITY BBQ: Course 1: Choice of salad or fries
Course 2: Two pulled pork sandwiches based in our original Bbq sauce, topped 
with coleslaw on a brioche bun.
Course 3: Homemade brownie

THE RED PICKLE: Course 1: Any small bite or appetizer.
Course 2: Any sandwich, burger, or special.
Course 3: Banana taquitos with salted ice cream

$35 OPTIONS
IRON HORSE BREWERY: Course 1: Baked Arancini (Rice balls stuffed with cheese 
and green onion coated in salt and pepper pistachios served with a honey 
ginger soy sauce.) 
Course 2: Pork Loin with apple, onion, and beer marmalade, mashed potatoes, 
and brown sugar honey carrots. 
Course 3: High Five Pounder Cake with a strawberry ginger sauce, topped with 
whipped cream

THE PEARL: Course 1: Choice of house or caesar salad. 
Course 2: Choice of our pasta entree's. 
Course 3: Chocolate brownie topped with Winegar's vanilla ice cream.

RODEO CITY BBQ: Two of our 2nd Go Rounds....
Brisket, Pulled Pork, Baked Beans, Dinner Salad and Cornbread with a 
“final round” of a cowboy cookie
